I was born and raised right here in Indianapolis. As a child I had gone to church, and been active in church programs like "Royal Rangers". Unfortunately, I never really developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. My religious experience revolved around memorizing scriptures to win awards and badges. This led me to live a lifestyle that allowed me to call myself a Christian, but never really living the life of a Christian. But it also planted seeds in my life that eventually grew fruit.
I graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1995 before attending Indiana University where I studied Biology with intentions to attend Medical School. It was during my time at IU that I gave my heart to Christ. My freshman year at IU I roomed with a Christian friend who inspired me to question my form of Christianity. I went to several Campus Crusade gatherings, and rededicated my life at their annual Christmas Confrence. My new found love of God compelled me to pour over his Word, and change my mind about Medical School. I added a Religious Studies major to my schedule and set my affections towards ministry. I finished my time at IU with a BA in Biology and Religious Studies. I did my ministerial studies through Global University. Durring that time I served as youth minister for a local Assemblies of God Fellowship. It was also during this time that I met the love of my life. We dated for three years and married in 2000. We served as Youth ministers for two years, Children's Pastors for six years, and Associate Pastors for three years. We are currently attending Grace Assembly, as we wait for the next step in ministry.
